During the October House Bonding Day, the PTA was proud to bring Mr. David Cox of Rhythm Path (and his 200 drums) to the school for a specialized workshop session with each of BHE's four House groups. Each student had their own drum to play, working together as a House to create moving rhythms before celebrating by sliding down the big inflatable outside.

Rhythm Path has held similar workshops at other KISD schools including Creech, Shafer, Wilson, and Wolfe Elementary.
